AI Governance Lead

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an experienced AI Governance Lead to architect and scale its formal enterprise-wide AI governance function. This highly visible role dictates how the entire organization designs, vets, and monitors automated and algorithmic deployments. You will construct a robust Responsible AI Governance Framework, connecting technical engineering tracks with corporate legal and risk boundaries.

Qualifications

• Build, operationalize, and mature the corporate AI governance function from initial intake through validation and continuous deployment.
• Develop and scale the enterprise Responsible AI Governance Framework, setting clear oversight guidelines for internal and third-party models.
• Translate evolving regulatory, ethical, and statutory requirements into actionable business policies, technical controls, and metrics.
• Lead regular AI testing, automated validation, explainability reporting, and fairness/bias reviews across active production systems.
