The team partners across Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business functions to maintain effective policy governance, strengthen regulatory readiness, and provide high-quality reporting to executive leadership and the Board. As the Senior Manager, Policy & Governance, you will lead Upstart Bank's policy governance program and oversee the processes, documentation, and governance records that support effective risk management and regulatory oversight.
