Methodology & caveats: Ranges are synthesized from executive-search compensation surveys (Heidrick & Struggles), aggregator data (Axial Search, VerifyWise, GSDC, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor), regional salary guides (Barclay Simpson, Selby Jennings, Morgan McKinley), and live 2026 job postings, converted to USD where needed using approximate Aug 2026 FX rates (GBP 1.27, EUR 1.08, SGD 0.74). Where an exact title × sector × region figure wasn't directly published, the nearest analogous benchmark was adjusted using a clearly-sourced factor — treat these as directional estimates, not audited surveys. The AIGP certification premium is reported as ~10–15% (seniority-controlled third-party estimate) up to the 26% figure IAPP itself published (uncontrolled, not broken out by role); at CAIO/C-suite level, certification premium data is not clearly differentiated from general executive compensation drivers.
