We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week - Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work! What you’ll do As a Fraud Operations Associate, you will be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to manage the operations aspects of fraud. Specifically, you will manage daily workflows related to transaction fraud, first-party fraud, and account takeovers and work towards improving the business’s ability to scale and make risk-based and customer-focused decisions.
