Privacy Compliance Director

Bright Horizons is hiring a Privacy Compliance Director to help develop, implement, and oversee the organization's global privacy compliance program. The director works closely with the global privacy team to ensure the compliance program meets all relevant privacy laws and regulations across the company's operations.

This hybrid role, based at the Newton, MA headquarters, includes oversight of the implementation and optimization of the privacy technology stack, including OneTrust for consent and privacy program management. The position partners across Legal, Security, and business functions to operationalize privacy controls.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing privacy compliance programs
• Experience with the OneTrust platform (or willingness to become highly proficient)
• Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or CISSP highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of relevant privacy laws and regulations
