The role includes developing and leading the company's AI framework and governance program and providing privacy legal advice to Product and Engineering teams. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining form agreements supporting the Privacy Program; advising on transactions involving privacy, data sharing, biometrics, and AI/ML; counseling stakeholders on privacy incidents; and assisting with responses to global regulators.
