The Division of Clearing and Risk (DCR or Division) leads the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's efforts in ensuring the integrity of cleared derivatives markets and minimizing systemic risk through the oversight of derivatives clearing organizations (DCOs) and clearing participants. Qualifications: CT-16 Level: To qualify for the CT-16 level you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS/CT-15 level). Specialized experience is defined as that through which one has gained experience in accounting, auditing, regulatory compliance, risk management, risk governance, system safeguards and related concepts, practices and procedures in order to manage an examination program. This specialized experience includes oversight, management, and conduct of a wide range of activities including directing the work of others. In addition, you must show that you possess the Executive Core Competencies (ECCs) and Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs) related to this position within your resume - NOT TO EXCEED 2 PAGES.
