Director, AI Delivery and Governance

Katch is seeking an executive Director of AI Delivery and Governance to bridge the gap between high-level technical architecture, healthcare payment integrity, and strict regulatory compliance. This leadership post owns the end-to-end design, deployment, and risk auditing of scalable machine learning models and generative pipelines. You will act as the principal gatekeeper defining the Go/No-Go criteria for moving automated assets into production.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of software or machine learning engineering experience with a documented track record of deploying production-grade AI systems.
• Implement risk-based assessment tools (such as the AIRB model) to achieve strict regulatory compliance and Model Risk Management (MRM).
• Oversee rigorous validation procedures, tracking 'challenger models' against 'champion models' to evaluate performance gains within pre-notification cycles.
• Lead regular internal audits to identify algorithmic bias, data drift, or hallucinations in LLMs, presenting technical risk mitigations directly to the board.
