Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using GRC Careers (ai-governance-jobs.com). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GRC Careers, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of GRC Careers (ai-governance-jobs.com).

By creating an account, posting a job, or otherwise using the platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Registration

You may create a free account to receive job alerts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Job Alerts

By subscribing to job alerts, you consent to receive periodic emails matching your stated preferences. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any alert email or by adjusting your account settings.

No Guarantee of Employment

We make no guarantee that use of this platform will result in job offers, interviews, or employment. All hiring decisions are made solely by the employers posting positions.

Prohibited Conduct

Anti-AI Scraping and LLM Training Prohibition

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, index, copy, or otherwise extract candidate profiles, resumes, job listings, or any other content from this platform for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or developing any generative artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, or Large Language Model (LLM), whether proprietary or third-party. This prohibition applies to manual collection, automated tooling, and the use of any third-party aggregator or dataset that incorporates platform data. Because the harm from unauthorized AI training is difficult to quantify, any violation of this section entitles GRC Careers, LLC to liquidated damages of $25,000 per dataset, plus injunctive relief and recovery of attorneys' fees, without prejudice to any other remedy available at law or in equity.

4. Terms for Employers & Job Posters

Payment and Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars. Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of submission. Postings go live only after payment is confirmed and our review is complete.

Posting Duration

The posting duration begins on the date the job goes live (after review and approval). Add-on features (Homepage Priority, Search Featured) run for 2 weeks from the live date, independent of the overall posting duration.

Refund Policy

Before review: If your posting has been paid but not yet reviewed, you may request a full refund within 24 hours by contacting us at contact@ai-governance-jobs.com.

After going live: No refunds are issued once a posting has gone live, as the service has been rendered. If there is a technical error on our part that prevents your posting from displaying correctly, we will issue a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.

Rejected postings: If your posting is rejected for violating our content standards, a full refund will be issued.

Content Standards

By posting a job, you represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any posting that violates these standards, with a full refund issued in such cases.

Anonymous / Confidential Postings

If you select the confidential/anonymous posting option, your organization's name will not be displayed publicly. However, you agree to provide accurate internal contact information, which we retain for our records. Anonymous postings are subject to the same content standards as all other postings. We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of anonymous postings and to disclose the employer identity to regulatory or law enforcement authorities when required by law.

No Guarantee of Applicants

We do not guarantee a minimum number of applications, views, or qualified candidates for any posting. Posting fees are for platform access and distribution, not for guaranteed hiring outcomes.

Promo Codes

Promotional or discount codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and are subject to expiration. We reserve the right to revoke promo codes at any time.

Algorithmic Hiring and ATS Liability Indemnity

GRC Careers provides a job-listing and distribution platform only. We do not make, participate in, or control hiring decisions, and we do not perform automated screening, scoring, ranking, or rejection of candidates on your behalf. As an Employer or Job Poster, you are solely responsible for your own applicant tracking systems (ATS), automated employment decision tools, and any algorithmic or automated decision-making (ADM) you apply to applications received through the platform, and for your compliance with all applicable laws governing such tools, including the EU AI Act, New York City Local Law 144, the Colorado AI Act, and California's Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) regulations. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GRC Careers, LLC and its officers, members, and agents from any claim, liability, fine, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of automated hiring tools, bias-audit obligations, candidate-notice requirements, or any automated decision affecting an applicant sourced through the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, code, and branding is owned by GRC Careers, LLC. Job posting content submitted by employers remains the property of the submitting organization; by submitting, you grant GRC Careers, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute the content as part of the platform's operation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF JOB POSTINGS SUBMITTED BY THIRD-PARTY EMPLOYERS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRC CAREERS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR DATA LOSS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. DMCA and Copyright Notice

GRC Careers, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of ai-governance-jobs.com to do the same. GRC Careers, LLC complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. 512, and will respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you believe that material appearing on ai-governance-jobs.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice of claimed infringement to our Designated Agent. Your notice must include all of the following elements required under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3):

Notices that do not satisfy all statutory requirements may not receive a response or may be treated as deficient. Submitting a materially false or bad-faith DMCA notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), including costs and attorney's fees.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent pursuant to 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3). A valid counter-notification must include: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and (d) your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

GRC Careers, LLC reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of third-party copyrights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of ai-governance-jobs.com or GRC Careers, LLC's services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Binding Arbitration

Except as set forth below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including any question of whether a particular dispute is subject to arbitration, shall be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current Consumer or Commercial Arbitration Rules, as applicable, and the arbitration shall take place in Dallas County, Texas. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that the arbitrator has authority to award any remedy available at law or in equity, subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information, pending final resolution by arbitration.

Venue for Non-Arbitrated Matters

For any claims or proceedings not subject to arbitration under these Terms, or for purposes of enforcing an arbitration award, each party consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and waives any objection to such jurisdiction or venue on the basis of inconvenient forum or otherwise.

Class Action and Collective Action Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND GRC CAREERS, LLC EACH AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING TO RESOLVE A DISPUTE SHALL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

You expressly waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to these Terms or your use of the platform. If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver set forth in this section is void or unenforceable, then the arbitration agreement in this section shall not apply to that claim, and that claim shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas.

EU/EEA Residents

If you are a resident of the European Union or the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms limits or waives rights you hold under mandatory applicable local law that cannot be excluded or modified by contract, including without limitation rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable consumer protection statutes. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and mandatory protections afforded to you under applicable EU/EEA law, the applicable law shall govern with respect to those rights.

GRC Careers, LLC is committed to making ai-governance-jobs.com accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We are continuously reviewing and improving the platform's conformance as we develop and expand features. Some content or functionality may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA while improvements are underway.

Unsubscribing from non-transactional communications does not affect your receipt of transactional communications, which are necessary to the operation of your account and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

12. Commission-Based Compensation and Prohibited Listing Types

Disclosure Requirements for Commission-Based Roles

Job postings on ai-governance-jobs.com where the compensation structure is primarily or exclusively commission-based must clearly disclose that fact in the posting. The compensation disclosure must be prominently stated within the body of the posting and must accurately describe the basis on which compensation is paid, including whether any base salary or guaranteed minimum exists, the commission rate or structure (if legally permissible to disclose), and any conditions that must be met before compensation is earned.

Postings that describe compensation in terms that obscure the primarily commission-based nature of the role, or that use broad ranges that misrepresent expected compensation, may be flagged, modified, or removed at our discretion.

All job postings must accurately represent the position being offered. GRC Careers, LLC reserves the right to remove, without refund of any posting fee, any listing that is found to materially misrepresent any of the following:

Employers or recruiters who submit prohibited postings may have their accounts suspended or terminated. GRC Careers, LLC retains sole discretion to determine whether a posting falls within a prohibited category.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
