The team combines deep regulatory expertise with a practical understanding of blockchain and financial markets to design and run robust, scalable compliance programs. We partner closely with business and product teams to build solutions that protect our customers and our company, while supporting sustainable growth across both traditional and digital asset environments The Opportunity In this role, you'll lead the delivery, implementation, and continuous improvement of Compliance's internal tools and operational processes. You'll partner closely with Compliance SMEs, Product, Engineering, Data, and third-party vendors to translate compliance requirements into well-defined technology solutions that are delivered on schedule, thoroughly tested, and successfully adopted by the Compliance team. In addition, you'll drive initiatives that strengthen Compliance operations, including AI enablement, vendor management, KPI and operational reporting, resource planning, process improvements, training, and change management to help the team scale effectively. What You'll Do Own the roadmap and delivery of Compliance- tooling and technology initiatives, partnering with Product and Engineering to prioritize work, track timelines, and ensure delivered solutions meet Compliance requirements. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Compliance technology initiatives, including intake, prioritization, backlog management, roadmap planning, UAT, launch readiness, rollout, and post-launch support.
