Senior Vice President, IT and Chief Data Officer

iRhythm Technologies, a digital healthcare company focused on cardiac monitoring, is hiring a Senior Vice President, IT and Chief Data Officer to lead enterprise data strategy, data governance, and AI enablement. The CDO/SVP IT shapes and executes iRhythm's data, analytics, and AI vision while ensuring the core enterprise IT environment is stable, secure, scalable, and compliant.

Responsibilities include defining and executing the company's data and AI analytics strategy, aligning data science, data engineering, governance, and analytics with business objectives; establishing a modern enterprise data platform; and developing AI tools and AI-agent governance to ensure transparency, ethics, and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings. The role also champions data democratization through self-service analytics, trusted data assets, and literacy programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years spanning data strategy, analytics, IT leadership, and digital transformation in healthcare, medtech, or life sciences
• Expertise in cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, and ML platforms
• Deep familiarity with healthcare compliance and data governance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, FDA)
• Bachelor's in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or IT required; advanced degree preferred
