VP of Information Security

Lyra Health is hiring a VP of Information Security to lead its security and data-protection organization, with responsibilities spanning information security strategy, risk management, and data governance for a healthcare-data-rich environment subject to HIPAA. The role establishes and enforces controls protecting member and clinical data across Lyra's platform.

The VP partners closely with Privacy, Legal, Engineering, and Product to embed security and data-protection requirements into products and operations, and leads security teams responsible for safeguarding sensitive health information. This is a full-time remote position.
