This job is open continuously and will remain open 30 days. The first consideration date is 8/19/2026, second consideration date is August 30, 2026 and last consideration date is September 9, 2026. To be considered for first consideration application must be received by 8/19/2026 and so forth. Qualifications: All applicants must meet the below Basic Requirement. In addition to meeting basic requirements applicants must meet the below specialized experience or the education substitution for each grade level as listed below. Specialized Experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. GS-07: You qualify for the GS-07 grade level if you have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience at this level includes: Researching and analyzing information from a variety of sources such as, programs, case studies, and/or policies to draw conclusions and write reports; AND Writing informational reports that reflect statements of fact rather than opinion. OR 1 year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement. Applicant can qualify on Superior academic Achievement if: 1. Class standing -- Applicants must be in the upper third of the graduating class in the college, university, or major subdivision, such as the College of Liberal Arts or the School of Business Administration, based on completed courses 2. Grade-point average (G.P.A.) -- Applicants must have a grade-point average of: 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0 ("B" or better) as recorded on their official transcript, or as computed based on 4 years of education, or as computed based on courses completed during the final 2 years of the curriculum; or 3.5 or higher out of a possible 4.0 ("B+" or better) based on the average of the required courses completed in the major field or the required courses in the major field completed during the final 2years of the curriculum. 3.. Election to membership in a national scholastic honor society -- Applicants can be considered eligible based on membership in one of the national scholastic honor societies recognized by the Association of College Honor Societies.
