Job Description Proactively contact customers via phone, email, or other approved channels to request missing KYC documents and information. Clearly communicate the importance of KYC compliance and provide guidance on required documents and submission processes. Track and follow up on outstanding KYC requests to ensure timely completion. Accurately update customer records in the system upon receipt of documents and verify completeness and authenticity. Ensure all interactions and processes comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and data privacy requirements. Address customer queries or concerns related to KYC requirements and escalate complex issues to relevant teams. Maintain logs of outreach activities and provide regular status updates to management.
