Commvault is seeking a Director of Resilience to lead and mature our enterprise resilience program. In this role, you will establish the strategy, governance, and operating model that enables Commvault to withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptive events. You will drive resilience as a measurable business capability by partnering across Security, Engineering, IT, Product, Customer Support, and business teams to operationalize resilience through recovery readiness, dependency management, testing, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Establish resilience governance, standards, reporting, and performance metrics.
Mature and scale Commvault s Resilience Operations (ResOps) framework.
Drive accountability for resilience outcomes across the organization.

Lead business impact analyses, resilience assessments, and dependency mapping activities.
Partner with business and technology owners to identify and address resilience gaps.
Maintain visibility into resilience posture across critical services.

Establish recovery readiness metrics and resilience performance indicators.
Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement efforts following exercises and disruptive events.
Measure and report on recoverability across critical services.

Coordinate resilience exercises across cyber, technology, operational, and business disruption scenarios.
Support executive readiness and response planning.

Support customer, audit, certification, and regulatory resilience requirements.
Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.

fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, or related disciplines.
Experience building and leading enterprise resilience programs.
Strong understanding of critical service resilience, recovery planning, testing, and crisis preparedness.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, global organizations.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology environments.
Familiarity with ISO 22301, NIST, DORA, and related resilience frameworks.
