ace-line old-record-id- ace-line old-record-id- We are seeking a senior compliance analyst to join our dynamic Brazilian Compliance Team. We are a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise our local business on the company s regulatory obligations and enterprise risk. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD and AML/FT and Sanctions regulations, particularly within the Brazilian crypto market and the new Central Bank of Brazil regulatory framework.

ace-line old-record-id- Draft, maintain and advise on local compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local Brazilian regulations

ace-line old-record-id- Review escalations from KYC/KYB and CDD/EDD Teams related to customers onboarding processes and ongoing transaction monitoring

ace-line old-record-id- Monitor transactions and general customer s activities for potential suspicious behaviour and perform financial crime investigations and reporting when necessary

ace-line old-record-id-OaXNdSaEmoJXDqxNkBWuDRtjsah Assist Central Compliance in the strategic design, implementation and oversight of the Global Compliance Program

ace-line old-record-id- Provide timely guidance to stakeholders such as Product, Engineering and Operations Teams and act as a point of escalation for complex local compliance issues

ace-line old-record-id- Conduct compliance risk assessments and create reports for management to evaluate the effectiveness of the local compliance programs

ace-line old-record-id- Identify and assess process gaps, improve reporting capabilities, and recommend corrective actions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

ace-line old-record-id- Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degrees or certifications in compliance are a plus (PQO-Compliance, ACAMS, ICA, etc.)

ace-line old-record-id- Strong understanding of the Central Bank of Brazil regulatory requirements and compliance challenges with a special emphasis on financial crime prevention

ace-line old-record-id- Experience overseeing processes, leading KYC/KYB and CDD/EDD initiatives and conducting investigations

ace-line old-record-id- Excellent analytical, research and due diligence skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations

ace-line old-record-id- Strong communication and presentation abilities, both oral and written, in Portuguese and English
