The Challenge As a Senior Staff Software Engineer on the AI Governance Engineering team you will play a critical role in shaping and building OneTrust s next-generation AI Governance platform. You will help transform complex AI governance compliance safety and agent runtime governance requirements into scalable platform capabilities that enable organizations to confidently build deploy and operate AI systems. As a senior technical leader you will influence architecture engineering direction and execution across multiple teams helping translate product vision into durable high-quality solutions with meaningful customer impact.
