We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Join us as Team Lead, Sanctions Screening to lead 6 financial crime analysts, responsible for processing sanctions alerts, hitting regulatory deadlines, and building the operating rigor this function needs, as part of a broader restructuring of our sanctions organization following Qonto's ACPR mission. ➡️ What you'll do Manage a production team's backlog and alert volumes, ensuring processing deadlines are consistently met without compromising decision quality. Prioritize daily workload across the team, spot inconsistencies in case handling, and adjust before they become bottlenecks. Run team rituals and weekly one-to-ones, providing the structure and day-to-day direction the team needs to operate with cohesion. Produce regular reporting on alert volumes, backlog, and screening incidents for internal stakeholders and authorities. Contribute operational feedback to migration and treatment-optimization projects, including AI integration.
