ace-line old-record-id- This role will support the Legal and Compliance Operations team in Türkiye, with a focus on AML, transaction monitoring and investigations, KYC/KYB, sanctions and PEP screening, and suspicious transaction reporting. You’ll work closely with Compliance and cross-functional teams to investigate financial crime risks, support MASAK and regulatory requirements, and maintain effective compliance controls and documentation. This is a strong opportunity for an early-career compliance professional looking to build their experience within a fast-paced financial services, FinTech and crypto environment.

ace-line old-record-id- What You’ll Be Doing strong

ace-line old-record-id- Support the establishment and maintenance of Legal and Compliance Support Operations in accordance with Law No: 5549 on Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime, related regulations and MASAK Notifications.

ace-line old-record-id- Assist in the onboarding process of individual and corporate accounts, ensuring compliance with identity verification and other customer identification measures as per Law No. 5549. Provide support in overseeing the overall process of corporate account management.

ace-line old-record-id- Support the generation and maintenance of suspicious transaction reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective communication with MASAK. Assist in the management of risk control processes to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.

ace-line old-record-id- Assist in managing and preserving documentation processes for corporate user and suspicious transaction reports, ensuring compliance and proper record-keeping in accordance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

ace-line old-record-id-IFpxdFMEcopFijxnDRmlNpYEgyh Support in conducting preparatory work for upcoming regulatory audits and proactively contributing to potential licensing requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and facilitating the smooth implementation of necessary measures.

ace-line old-record-id- Monitor national and international sanction lists, Politically Exposed Person (PEP) databases, and Legal Gazette for compliance purposes. Assist in implementing appropriate measures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

ace-line old-record-id- What We Look For In You

ace-line old-record-id- At least 1-2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the financial, fintech, or cryptocurrency sector.

ace-line old-record-id- Background in technology-driven, fintech, financial services, or regulated environments (crypto experience is a plus but not mandatory).

ace-line old-record-id- Understanding of or exposure to AML, compliance, risk, internal controls, or regulatory frameworks, ideally within the Turkish regulatory environment.

ace-line old-record-id- Familiarity with MASAK and SPK regulations or the ability to quickly learn and apply regulatory requirements.

ace-line old-record-id- Experience or strong interest in data analysis, business analysis, automation, AI-enabled tools, or compliance systems.

ace-line old-record-id- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational processes.
