The Head of Compliance & Deputy MLRO holds overall responsibility for identifying, monitoring, and managing key regulatory risks across OANDA Europe Limited. Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance, this role serves as a primary liaison with regulatory authorities (e.g., FCA), ensures systems and internal controls remain fit for purpose, and supports the anti-money laundering (AML) framework while enabling commercial growth. In this role, you will: Governance & Leadership: Serve as an active member of the Risk Committee and Management Committee.
