LEAD INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (CYBERSECURITY/NETWORK)

You will serve as a LEAD IT SPECIALIST (CYBERSECURITY/NETWORK) in the NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND (NAVAIR) of FLEET READINESS CENTER WESTERN PACIFIC. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***

IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Adopting and implementing new, innovative approaches, and responding to persistent cyber threats; and managing Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) compliance. In addition to the experience demonstrating the four competencies, you resume must demonstrate at least have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing, configuring, installation and maintenance of network systems, including local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) and performing routine network configuration management functions for continuous availability of the organization's LAN.
