Job Description Due Diligence, AML and Controls is responsible for ensuring that all activities comply with regulatory requirements, including financial crime, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, data privacy, and sanctions. Specializes in know your customer (KYC), client due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and customer identity management programs. Responsibilities also include monitoring accounts, alert reviews, and investigation of potential fraudulent, terrorist, or suspicious activity. Ensures that business activities follow the necessary rules and regulations, and that the firm complies with legal and regulatory boundaries and jurisdictions.
