We are seeking a Product Counsel to partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Security, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure our products are designed, built, and delivered in compliance with applicable laws and aligned with our risk tolerance. This role is embedded in the product lifecycle, from roadmap planning and feature design through launch, customer adoption, and ongoing iteration, and is critical to enabling fast, responsible innovation in a global, enterprise software environment. Key Responsibilities Product and Engineering Support Act as the primary legal partner for product and engineering teams across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid offerings. Advise on legal issues throughout the product development lifecycle, including feature design, data flows, APIs, integrations, and platform architecture. Review and help shape product requirements, specifications, and launch plans to proactively manage legal risk. Open Source and Licensing Advise on open-source software (OSS) usage, contributions, and licensing models (e.g., GPL, AGPL, Apache, MIT, dual licensing). Support compliance with open-source obligations and guide product teams on inbound and outbound licensing strategies. Partner with engineering and security on OSS governance and tooling. Privacy,
