At Ripple Labs Inc., become a Senior Manager, Global KYC and Due Diligence, where you will help ensure we meet international regulatory standards. This opportunity allows you to lead a committed team in completing accurate KYC and due diligence tasks vital to our worldwide business success.
WHAT YOU LL DO:
Lead and manage the Global KYC and Due Diligence team, ensuring outstanding performance and adherence to regulatory standards.
Coordinate the development and implementation of world-class KYC and due diligence policies and procedures.
Conduct detailed risk assessments and identify effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement compliance initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of KYC and due diligence processes, making necessary adjustments to achieve efficient results.
Keep current with global regulations and guarantee full adherence.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR:
6-8 years of due diligence experience, with a proven track record for implementing scalable operations
3+ years of people management experience
Global management across timezones a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of AML/CFT and OFAC regulations, requirements, and tools
Strong public data research and report writing skills
Knowledge and use of AI tools for KYB/KYC
Comfortable executing independently in a team environment with minimal supervision
An attention to detail and a sense of curiosity
CAMS certification a plus
Professional certifications in compliance or related areas are a plus.

Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
