Data Analysis Incorporated (DAI) seeks a senior manager to oversee the organization's governance, risk, compliance, and privacy initiatives. The role ensures alignment with applicable regulations, contractual obligations, security standards, and internal policies while partnering with Information Security, IT, Legal, Human Resources, and business stakeholders.
The position leads implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and controls, and oversees cybersecurity and third-party risk activities including identification, assessment, and remediation tracking. It coordinates compliance initiatives supporting regulatory requirements, manages privacy and data protection activities including impact assessments, and facilitates governance reviews across the enterprise.
Additional responsibilities include developing metrics on program maturity, integrating security and privacy requirements into business processes, leading awareness initiatives, and supporting incident response and business continuity programs while monitoring evolving regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, Business, or Risk Management
- 7 to 10 years of experience in GRC, Privacy, Information Security, or Audit disciplines
- Demonstrated capability leading governance programs within complex organizations and supporting internal and external audits
- Strong knowledge of governance, privacy, and information security principles, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, NIST frameworks, and PCI-DSS
- Preferred: master's degree and certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or ISO 27001
