QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

You will serve as a QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST in the COMMANDING OFFICER, COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY DEPARTMENT of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing analysis by reviewing sketches, engineering drawings and data, pertinent specifications, and available equipment to identify characteristics critical to product acceptability; 2) Conducting inspections and audits of materials, products, processes, and services for conformance to specifications and requirements; 3) Analyzing data to detect unsatisfactory trends or weaknesses in the quality or verification program; 4) Preparing technical reports documenting inspections, testing results, or deficiencies and recommending corrective action; and 5) Monitoring Explosives Ordnance Certification Program and serving as a member of Explosive Safety Committee.
