Most trusted, not biggest
Connecting talent and trust. Indeed is bigger. LinkedIn is bigger. Neither of them reads the jobs.
This page exists so you can check us rather than take our word for anything. That is the whole idea behind the field we cover, and it would be strange to run a job board for it and not hold ourselves to it.
What we promise, and how you can check it
Every listing is reviewed by a human
A person opens each job, reads it, and decides. We verify the employer exists, the role is open, the work is genuinely governance, risk, compliance, privacy or AI governance, and the posting carries a good faith salary range. Jobs that fail are not posted. You can check this by reading the board. There is no filler, no duplicated listing appearing six times, and no sales role wearing a compliance title.
Closed jobs come down
Open listings are checked against the employer's own applicant tracking system four times a day. When a requisition disappears at the source, the listing goes. A board full of dead jobs wastes the time of the people it claims to serve.
Your data is not the product
We do not sell candidate data, we do not share it with brokers, and we do not train AI models on your resume. One click removes your data permanently. This is written down as the Candidate Data Pledge, which we invite you to hold us to.
The learning material is free and ungated
Study companions, practice questions, career guides, job description templates. No account, no email wall, nothing sold to you at the end. See for yourself.
We say who we are
The team is named, with real credentials and real profiles, on the About page. The board is run by the people at ExecSearches.com, which has connected mission-driven organizations with leadership talent since 1999 and is still run by its founder.
Where we will not compete
We will never have the most jobs. The large aggregators post everything they can reach because volume is their business model, and volume is exactly what makes their listings unreliable. We are not trying to beat them at that, and we would not win.
The thing worth being best at, in a field built on assurance, is being the one people believe.
If we get it wrong
Tell us. A dead link, a job that should not be here, a listing that misrepresents a role, anything. Use the complaints page and it reaches a person, not a queue. We fix things the same day.
Questions people actually ask
Who reviews the jobs?
A person on our team. Every listing is opened, read and checked before it appears. Nothing is scraped straight onto the board.
What do you check?
That the employer is real, that the role is genuinely open, that it is actually a governance, risk, compliance, privacy or AI governance job, and that the posting names a good faith salary range.
What do you do when a job closes?
We check open listings against the employer's own applicant tracking system four times a day. When a requisition disappears at the source, the listing comes down.
Do you sell candidate data?
No. Not to anyone, not ever, with or without consent. See the Candidate Data Pledge.
Do you train AI models on resumes?
No. Your career history is yours.
Is the study material really free?
Yes, and there is no account required to use it. Nothing on the learning side is gated behind a signup.
Who is behind this?
The team at ExecSearches.com, which has connected mission-driven organizations with leadership talent since 1999 and is still run by its founder.
What if we get something wrong?
Tell us and we will fix it the same day. There is a complaints page, and it goes to a person.
