ace-line old-record-id- ace-line old-record-id- We are seeking a hands-on Director of AI Enablement to identify high-value business problems, deliver AI solutions in real operational environments, and turn proven approaches into reusable enterprise capabilities.

ace-line old-record-id- The role combines the business immersion and problem discovery of a Deployment Strategist, the technical delivery capability of a Forward-Deployed Engineer, and the product judgment required to standardize successful solutions. You will work directly with teams such as Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, and GBS, in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Infrastructure.

ace-line old-record-id- 1. Find and Prioritize High-Value Problems

ace-line old-record-id- Embed with business teams and frontline users to understand their workflows, decisions, data, constraints, and pain points.

ace-line old-record-id- Separate root causes from symptoms and determine whether the right answer is process redesign, better data, automation, AI, or a combination of these.

ace-line old-record-id- Prioritize opportunities based on business value, user reach, risk, feasibility, time-to-value, and reuse potential.

ace-line old-record-id- Translate ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, target outcomes, success metrics, and executable plans.

ace-line old-record-id- 2. Build and Deliver Solutions

ace-line old-record-id- Define the minimum valuable product and rapidly validate it with real users and data.

ace-line old-record-id- Personally prototype solutions such as copilots, agents, workflow automations, and internal tools.

ace-line old-record-id- For larger or higher-risk initiatives, partner with Engineering and Data teams on architecture, integrations, security, reliability, evaluation, and production readiness.

ace-line old-record-id- Design solutions with users and adapt workflows based on real operational behavior.

ace-line old-record-id- Identify recurring workflows, data needs, integrations, and governance requirements across teams.

ace-line old-record-id- Convert successful deployments into reusable components, templates, reference architectures, or configurable products.

ace-line old-record-id- Decide when a need should remain bespoke, use shared components, or become a standardized product or platform capability.

ace-line old-record-id- Build practical playbooks and standards for opportunity assessment, prototyping, evaluation, productionization, and impact measurement.

ace-line old-record-id- Feed field learnings into shared Product and Engineering roadmaps, reducing duplicated and one-off solutions.

ace-line old-record-id- What We Look For In You

ace-line old-record-id- 4+ years of experience across product management, technical delivery, solutions engineering, enterprise transformation, consulting, or software/data engineering.

ace-line old-record-id- Demonstrated ability to uncover high-value problems through workflow observation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

ace-line old-record-id- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI, data, or automation-enabled solutions used in real operational workflows.

ace-line old-record-id- Strong product judgment, including prioritization, MVP definition, trade-off decisions, rapid validation, and avoidance of over-engineering.

ace-line old-record-id- Sufficient technical depth to prototype independently and work effectively with Engineering on data, integrations, architecture, security, evaluation, and reliability.

ace-line old-record-id- Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agents, tool use, prompt design, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop systems.

ace-line old-record-id- Experience turning bespoke business needs into reusable products, shared services, or operating standards.

ace-line old-record-id- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across frontline users, technical teams, and senior executives.

ace-line old-record-id- High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

ace-line old-record-id- Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, financial services, or another regulated industry.

ace-line old-record-id- Experience with enterprise data platforms, knowledge systems, agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, or MCP-based integrations.

ace-line old-record-id- Experience leading an AI enablement function, forward-deployed team, internal product incubator, or multidisciplinary delivery team.
