ace-line old-record-id- ace-line old-record-id- We are seeking a Market Surveillance Analyst to join our Compliance team. This role is focused on the day-to-day review and investigation of potential market abuse activity. You will use surveillance tools, trading data, and market research to assess alerts and produce timely, well-reasoned investigations supported by clear quantitative and qualitative evidence. The role requires understanding of markets, exchange products, and order-book dynamics, alongside sound judgment. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance, and local Compliance teams to support a robust and continuously improving surveillance framework. You will maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready investigation records, while contributing to special projects and priority requests in a fast-paced global environment.

ace-line old-record-id- Investigate potential market abuse activity, including wash trading, circular trading, price ramping, insider trading, spoofing, layering, and other related activities.

ace-line old-record-id- Review and analyze surveillance alerts using industry-leading tools and platforms.

ace-line old-record-id- Produce thorough, high-quality investigations supported by clear evidence and well-documented conclusions.

ace-line old-record-id- Use data, research, and analytical skills to conduct both quantitative and qualitative assessments.

ace-line old-record-id- Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance, and local Compliance teams to strengthen and continuously improve the Surveillance function.

ace-line old-record-id- Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation for alerts and investigations.

ace-line old-record-id- Support priority requests and special projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

ace-line old-record-id- What We Look For In You

ace-line old-record-id- BA/BS in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

ace-line old-record-id- 2-3 years of experience in market surveillance, trade surveillance, or closely related field.

ace-line old-record-id- Familiarity with end-to-end market surveillance workflows.

ace-line old-record-id- Strong understanding of the digital-asset industry and products offered by digital-asset exchanges.

ace-line old-record-id- Knowledge of market structure and order-book dynamics.

ace-line old-record-id- Working knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.

ace-line old-record-id- Strong integrity, sound professional judgment, and the ability to recognize when an issue requires escalation.

ace-line old-record-id- The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
